Litter Box Enclosure Cabinet
Building a place to store your litter box that is out of sight is a great idea. This DIY litter box enclosure cabinet is perfect for hiding the litter box. A litter box cabinet also helps to keep the litter off of your floors in 2 ways. First, if litter spills outside the litter box, the bottom shelf of the litter box cabinet will catch it. Then the middle shelf helps collect it from their feet before exiting the cabinet. Litter box furniture is becoming more popular and building your own can be both rewarding and cost effective. This litter box cabinet is a great size for small to medium size cats. Building a litter box enclosure is easy and only uses plywood and 1 by material. You will need 1 and 1/2 sheets of 1/2" plywood for this build. The full size door opening allows easy access to the litter box for cleaning.
