At 731 Woodworks, we stand behind the quality of our products. If you receive a damaged or defective item, we are happy to assist you with a return or refund. Please review our policy below to ensure a smooth process.
1. Return & Refund Eligibility
We accept returns and refunds for damaged or defective physical products under the following conditions:
✔ You must contact us on the day of delivery to report the issue.
✔ The return request must be made within 30 days of delivery.
✔ Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and include all components.
✔ No refunds or returns on digital products (woodworking plans, CNC files, 3D print files).
2. How to Request a Return or Refund
If you receive a damaged or defective product, follow these steps:
1️⃣ Contact Us the Same Day of Delivery
Email info@731woodworks.com with:
Your order number
A detailed description of the issue
Clear photos of the product, packaging, and shipping label
2️⃣ Wait for Approval
Our team will review your request and respond within 1-2 business days.
If approved, we will provide instructions for returning the item or issuing a refund.
3. Return Shipping Policy
✔ If the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, or incorrect item), we will provide a prepaid return shipping label at no cost to you.
✔ If the return is due to buyer error (ordered the wrong item, changed mind, etc.), the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
✔ If requested, we can provide a return label from our shipping account. The return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
4. Refund Processing
✔ Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days.
✔ Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
✔ We will email you a confirmation once the refund is processed.
5. No Returns or Refunds on Digital Products
Due to the nature of digital downloads, including:
Woodworking plans
CNC files
3D print files
All digital product sales are final and non-refundable. If you experience issues accessing your digital purchase, contact us at info@731woodworks.com for assistance.
6. International Returns
🌍 At this time, we only accept returns for U.S. orders.
🌍 International customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, duties, and fees.
