📌 Returns & Refunds Policy – 731 LLC DBA 731 Woodworks

At 731 Woodworks, we stand behind the quality of our products. If you receive a damaged or defective item, we are happy to assist you with a return or refund. Please review our policy below to ensure a smooth process.

1. Return & Refund Eligibility

We accept returns and refunds for damaged or defective physical products under the following conditions:

You must contact us on the day of delivery to report the issue.
✔ The return request must be made within 30 days of delivery.
✔ Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and include all components.
No refunds or returns on digital products (woodworking plans, CNC files, 3D print files).

2. How to Request a Return or Refund

If you receive a damaged or defective product, follow these steps:

1️⃣ Contact Us the Same Day of Delivery

  • Email info@731woodworks.com with:

    • Your order number

    • A detailed description of the issue

    • Clear photos of the product, packaging, and shipping label

2️⃣ Wait for Approval

  • Our team will review your request and respond within 1-2 business days.

  • If approved, we will provide instructions for returning the item or issuing a refund.

3. Return Shipping Policy

If the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, or incorrect item), we will provide a prepaid return shipping label at no cost to you.

If the return is due to buyer error (ordered the wrong item, changed mind, etc.), the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.

✔ If requested, we can provide a return label from our shipping account. The return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

4. Refund Processing

✔ Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days.
✔ Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
✔ We will email you a confirmation once the refund is processed.

5. No Returns or Refunds on Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital downloads, including:

  • Woodworking plans

  • CNC files

  • 3D print files

All digital product sales are final and non-refundable. If you experience issues accessing your digital purchase, contact us at info@731woodworks.com for assistance.

6. International Returns

🌍 At this time, we only accept returns for U.S. orders.
🌍 International customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, duties, and fees.
